RedLeaf Inc., as a leading company providing network video solution, is pleased to announce RLC-Manager, which can be installed on your own Windows based system to monitor and control up to a thousand network cameras. RLC-Manager is easy to use and free from complicated operation - users find it simple to set up connected cameras and to set frame rates for recording. They can also easily monitor, search, and play back events with intuitive manipulation. This system can be controlled by a common user management interface, which allows the administrator to freely set up the access level of each user. With RedLeaf RLC-Manager software, you can start an HD-ready video network surveillance system in the scale and configuration that's ideal for current conditions, and expand this system in the future.

RLC-Manager software is a powerful and efficient video management software (VMS), specially designed and tuned to be used with RedLeaf network video products as well as the most well-known brands in the market. This software can automatically find and configure devices, set IP addresses, show connection status, video management and monitoring, alarm management and etc. for multiple devices.

RedLeaf’s RLC-Manager software is used for the central monitoring system in single or multiple sites with an easy camera configuration, an intuitive user interface and powerful management capabilities. You can register up to 1000 channels and live view of 64 channels in only one screen. RLC-Manager supports DVRs, video servers, IP cameras, decoders and other network products as well as PTZ management, bidirectional talk, camera settings, color adjustment, etc.

Other than configuration and management of all the devices you can view device status and other information provided in the health report of each device and even remotely reboot devices in case of hardware failure. Several management options are available for alarms including external alarm, video loss, motion detection, camera masking, etc. There are options to define recording plans normally or in case of alarm or event occurrence.

    Main Features
Scalable and Flexible Solution: RLC-Manager can be installed on almost any Windows based PC or server. After that, management of a few up to a thousand network video products in one or several sites can be done seamlessly. Eventually, as your surveillance requirements grow, you can simply add new servers in the RLC-Manager software. You can easily set up a scalable security system in client/server configuration.

Camera Pan/Tilt/Zoom Control: PTZ network cameras from RedLeaf can be controlled by the RLC-Manager software. In PTZ control mode, when a point in the image is clicked, the camera automatically pans and tilts to make that point the center of the image. You can also zoom into the image simply by dragging out the specified area of the image with a mouse.

Simple and Intuitive Interface: RLC-Manager software has an intuitive user interface with display of device name, IP address, firmware version and status. Device management operations are easily accessed from menus and direct access icons.

Drag-and-drop Operation: All connected cameras are shown in a tree configuration in the Camera Pane. By dragging a camera icon and dropping it onto a Monitor Frame, you can easily view live images from a camera.

Easy-to-use Monitoring Functions: Each Monitor Frame shows the status of the video (live or recorded), and the name of the camera, above each video image. Up to 8 x 8 Monitor Frames can be used. By double clicking a specific Monitor Frame, the display is switched to Single Monitor Frame mode as below.

Search Results by Timeline or List: The search result is displayed either by timeline or list. In a timeline chart, search results are displayed in different colors depending on the type of recording. You can easily playback video just by clicking on a specific part of the timeline, or on the list.

Alarm/Event Recording: There are two types of alarm-triggered recording. Alarm and Event (i.e., Activity) Recording. While it is important to initiate recordings based on video motion detection or alarm signal input, it is also helpful if the user can define what is considered an alarm. For example, a camera may be looking at an area where there are people moving about during office hours, but the recording of such motion should not be considered a true alarm; it is rather a normal event or activity. However, such motion out of office hours should be considered a true alarm, and an action or alert needs to be initiated. The former is performed by Event Recording and the latter by Alarm Recording. The date/time of Alarm Recording is listed in an Alarm List in the main GUI (but this does not occur with Event Recording).

Flexible User Management Setting: All access to RLC-Manager software is managed by user authorization, which is set by the system administrator. The administrator can simply provide each user with a predefined permission level, or set the accessibility in a more customized way. The accessible cameras for each user can be set for each camera.
