    RLE EX-406-B industrial video encoder supports full D1 resolution with a frame rate of up to 30 frames per second, three codecs (H.264, MPEG-4, MJPEG), single Ethernet port, pre-alarm recording and two-way audio service.

    This video server also supports 6 independent IP address assignments, PTZ camera control over the coaxial video cable, as well as built-in SDNR engine to remove image noise from video footage of the analog CCTV cameras inside of the video server.

    Main Features
      PTZ Control over Coaxial Cable: With this feature you can control the pan, tilt and zoom level of the analog speed dome cameras manufactured by RedLeaf or other vendors. The PTZ control is performed through the existing coaxial cable used for transmission of the video signal from PTZ camera without the need to use a serial port like other manufacturers do.     H.264 Platform Support: H.264, also known as MPEG-4 Part 10, is the latest MPEG standard for video encoding. H.264 is expected to become the video standard of choice in the coming years, because an H.264 encoder can reduce the size of a digital video file by more than 80% compared with the Motion JPEG format and as much as 50% more than with the MPEG-4 standard without compromising image quality. This means that much less network bandwidth and storage space are required for a video file. Or seen another way, much higher video quality can be achieved for a given bit rate.
      Independent IP Assignment: RedLeaf encoders assign a unique IP address to each of the analog CCTV cameras attached to it instead of assigning a single IP address to the video encoder.     Audio Support: Built-in audio-jacks for full-duplex audio recording and playback (microphone and speaker) on the video encoder.
      SDNR (Smart Dynamic Noise Reduction): RedLeaf encoders can apply the SDNR technology on the video footage received from analog CCTV cameras to improve their picture quality to a high extent. SDNR is a complex method that performs signal processing on the fixed and moving parts of each frame separately. This smart technology combines the results of 2D and 3D NR signal processing which results in a crisp and high quality image output.     D1 Resolution: This video encoder supports D1 (NTSC: 720 x 480, PAL: 720 x 576) image resolution for a high level of details from an analog CCTV camera.
